Our Challenge
The four Los Angeles Chapters of the California Society of Enrolled Agents send out a monthly print bulletin covering Chapter meetings, President messages and classified advertisements. The effort behind making print deadlines and coordinating all of the content was becoming overwhelming. In addition, the cost of traditional printing and postage weighed heavily on their limited budgets.

ClientWhys Solution:
We met with Chapter chairs to find an affordable alternative delivery method of this timely information. We designed a new LA Area website that is updated year-round. We gathered member e-mail addresses and used client strategies to create Chapter specific e-mails. Our goal was to increase Chapter meeting attendance, while increasing the timeliness of Chapter messages at a lower cost per contact.

The Results:
We have taken their cost of contact down to less than .06 per member each month and made it possible to quickly contact the entire membership with important changes or events. We have also upgraded their image and value to membership through an updated website design. This was all accomplished without increasing their workload.
